We are pleased to ship your order via United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges are $6.95
for Ground Shipping via the United States Postal Service and
$10.95 for orders weighing more than one pound. Expect to
receive your package at your doorstep within 4 to 7 days depending
on your location.
In a rush?
We will ship your order via USPS 2-3 day air at a flat rate
of $14.99 per order, or USPS Next day air for $29.95 per order.
Valid only in continental USA.
For destinations in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping
charges based on the weight of the package. Most packages to these
destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Orders received before 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard time will be
processed and usually ship that same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM
Eastern standard time will be processed immediately but will not ship
until the following day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Policy
If
you would like to return a product, we recommend that you
carefully
read the following notes detailing our return policy.
All
requests for product returns must be emailed to:

Terms
& Conditions
We
will only accept product returns on products after a customer
has
emailed us and advised of their intentions to return a product.
The Doctors Wellness Center will ONLY accept product returns
on
products that are guaranteed on their respective product page
(Guarantee Seal) within 30 days that an order has been placed.
Customers must email us and advise of of their intentions
to return a
product that has been guaranteed.
Customer service will issue a Return Authorization Number
via an email.
The email will contain the Return Authorization Number and
the customer
care agents' name that assigned it to you. Please retain a
copy of this
Return Authorization Number email for your records. It will
serve as your
proof of valid approved product return.
You
must write this number on your invoice and include it (Boldly
Printed)on the outside of your returned package. Please allow 4
to 6 weeks for processing refunds from the time the returned package
is received.
No product will be accepted after 30 days from the day that
an order
was placed.
All
other returns are not accepted. All refunds apply to the product
purchase price, which excludes shipping charges.
Please do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back
to us.
For security reasons, ALL shipments returned without a RAN
number will
be refused. Sorry, there will be absolutely no exceptions.
Returns should be sent with a delivery confirmation or tracking.
The Doctors
Wellness Center will not be responsible for lost or stolen
packages.
All returns must include used/unused product that was ordered.
Any
return sent with invoice only will not be accepted.
Again,

Money
Back Guarantees
Because
we provide our product at the lowest possible prices, returns
are
very costly to us. All approved returns will incur a
25% administration fee
for all returned bottle orders. Money back is
issued only towards
returned product less shipping. Returned product must
be validated by an issued RAN
which certifies proof of purchase. This 25% fee will
be applied to the total
cost of the purchase less shipping and is necessary due to
the fact that we spend
significant resources on processing, inspection and validation
of returned and unopened product.
100% of the charges will be applied if the amount returned
does not coincide with the reasonable dosage period.
